Excellent and absolutely perfect location close enough to eateries and restaurants. Walking distance to a shopping centre and several stores across the street.

Alot of homeless people staying there, wouldn't recommend it to anybody. Skirtings dirty, needed painting throughout. Could see it was a beautiful hotel at some stage.

Stayed there as I had an early morning flight from Dublin airport. Only a few minutes by bus to the airport.
My room was not very clean

Having booked a double room initially, we were told on arrival that there was none available so we had to settle for a twin room. For a start the key wouldnt work in the door, as there was a battery missing. When we eventually got in, the room was more fit for a single room. The two beds were squashed, so much so the bathroom door hit off the bed everytime you opened it. Then the television wouldnt work, we went to reception to ask about this and we wer told somebody would be up to check it, this never happened. Then a group of very rowdy and noisy people were next door to us. Playing music very loudly. This went on into the early hours of the morning, at about 3 my partner went out to ask them to keep the noise down as they were sitting outside our door. My partner was verbally abused and then assaulted. When we complained the next morning we were given a reluctant apology and told they would ring us but they never did.

ALWAYS love a place, which allows me to bring my Golden Retrievers. Lovely grounds and good location from which to go for a walk with my dogs.
The bathroom of Room 10 is getting a little mouldy, it needs a bit of TLC. It was clean enough but it also needs a new bin - a little effort would go a long way.

Glenmore house was convenient to local shopping and airport car hire returns.
The room initially given to us smelled extraordinarly bad - as if someone had been sick in the room and it had not been cleaned for several days. The room supplied to us as a replacement had stained rugs and the shower drain was clogged and did not drain for hours. The hallway to the room has spiderwebs over the door.

There was a restaurant but not serving any food. There were no washcloths in the room, I asked for one or two at the front desk, I was told there were none. So he went to look in the laundry, came back and he said there were none. He then said he would go look in the kitchen. I thought the where? He came back with a purple stained washcloth. Did I use it? No! It was smelly, I would not use that to do dishes much less wash with it. I had asked for a taxi in the morning for a ride to the airport. It was not ordered. The front desk women could not speak English so I could understand and be able to communicate with them. There was no phone in the room to talk to the front desk to ask for a wake up call. When I took a shower the shower wall above leaked. There were no towels to put down for rugs to avoid slipping. No cable maybe 4 channels to watch. Very disappointed.

The location is fantastic, so close to Airport and cheap shuttle bus collects every 30 mins. The rooms are fine, not Hotel standard but clean and comfortable. The Free breakfast was fine, just what we needed so we didn't...
